If u search in google for this stuffs u will find tons of page forsome tools that claims to hack paypal and give u money. But it is not true it is phishing trick made to hack you . This usually have conditions like u must havexx$ in a/c must xx days old and password must be correct. And to make u believe that this is genuine they will put some videoon youtube with comment disabled . And probably name it Release of some hacker group with v4, 2009 edition etc to make you believe that this has been there in internet since longtime ago. Donot put ur pasword in this kind of stuffs.. They are just trick to hack you and will not work. And so for hotmail hacks there are some exe files that are said to get you hotmail password butwill not work at any cost.
