Taking a screenshot is easy whether you're on a Mac or a PC.

2. After pressing the Print Screen key the entire screen is practically 'copied' like what would happen if you copy pasted an item of text. So now you have to Paste it somewhere!
3. Click Start and open up Microsoft Paint, paste the picture into Paint and save as a .jpg or .png file.
Mac Guide
On your keyboard press down and hold Apple/Command + Shift and press the 3 key to take a screenshot, you also have the option to press down and hold Apple/Command + Shift and 4 to make a 'selection' image, this way you can select the area which you want to make an image of. If you've done this successfully you should hear a 'camera shutter' sound.
These images are automatically saved by default to your desktop as 'Picture1'
